Ocean Freight

Service Overview

Contracted space with major carriers on all main trade lanes

FCL, LCL, special equipment and full charter under one desk

Export declaration and origin documents handled in-house

E-AndEx books ocean freight from China at every major port, with contracted allocation on the main lanes to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Whether the shipment is a single container, a consolidated LCL parcel or a full charter, it is booked, loaded, declared and tracked by one team — so there is no gap between the forwarder who sold you the rate and the broker who has to clear the cargo.

Our own CFS warehouses in Qingdao, Shanghai and Tianjin handle stuffing, devanning, consolidation and transshipment, which means we control the container from the moment your cargo arrives rather than relying on a third party to tell us what happened. Combined with two AEO-Advanced brokerages inside the group, that keeps documentation and loading in the same hands and removes the most common source of delay from the process.

How It Works

Tell us the origin, the destination, the commodity and roughly when it needs to sail. That is enough for us to come back with a routing plan and an all-in rate, usually the same working day. If the HS code or the exact volume is still unsettled, send what you have — the questions we ask back are the ones that actually change the price.

Once the booking is confirmed you get a named coordinator who stays with the shipment from the warehouse to the destination port. They book the space, supervise stuffing at our CFS, prepare and lodge the export declaration, and push tracking updates at each node. If a vessel rolls or a schedule changes, you hear it from them before you hear it from the carrier.

Compliance & Documentation Handling

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and export declaration prepared and cross-checked by our own licensed declarants, with classification risk flagged before the container is gated in.

Global Carrier Coordination

Contracted allocation with major carriers on the main lanes, plus space sourced across multiple operators when a sailing is tight — so a rolled booking becomes a rebooking, not a delay.

Real-Time Shipment Monitoring

Vessel position, port milestones and container status tracked in our own system, with electronic proof of delivery at each node and one consolidated document set on completion.

Why Choose Our Ocean Freight

Every forwarder can give you a rate. The difference shows up when the cargo does not fit the standard shape — when the commodity is regulated, the unit is out of gauge, or the sailing you were promised disappears three days before cut-off. What follows is what we control ourselves rather than subcontract.

FCL means you book a whole container; LCL means your cargo shares one with other shippers. As a rough guide, below about 15 cubic metres LCL is usually cheaper, and above that a 20-foot container often wins. Send us the volume and weight and we will price both so you can see the crossover for your shipment.

We book from every major Chinese port and are licensed to declare at 28 of them, with our own offices in Qingdao, Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou and Rizhao among others.

For standard lanes, seven to ten days before the intended sailing is comfortable. In peak season, before Chinese New Year, or for special equipment, allow two to three weeks. Urgent bookings are still worth asking about — contracted allocation often opens space that spot rates cannot reach.

Yes, class 2 through class 9. We manage the dangerous goods declaration, UN-certified packaging, IMO documentation and the port approvals each class requires. Send us the MSDS and UN number and we will confirm acceptance before you commit.

Yes. Flat racks and open tops for cargo that exceeds container dimensions, and breakbulk or charter for single units up to 120 tonnes, with lashing plans and lift supervision by our own engineers.

Ocean freight, origin terminal handling, export declaration, documentation and our service fee, itemised so you can see each line. Destination charges, duties and taxes are quoted separately unless you ask for a delivered-duty-paid price.
