Bonded & Warehousing

Service Overview

100,000 m² of controlled space, including 3,500 m² bonded

Our own WMS, with remote inventory visibility for every client

Duty deferral, transit consolidation and in-zone processing

E-AndEx operates more than 100,000 square metres of controlled warehouse space across our network, including 3,500 square metres of bonded facility and 6,200 square metres dedicated to automotive parts. Bonded storage lets you hold imported goods without paying duty until they are released for domestic sale — or re-export them without paying it at all — which turns a fixed customs cost into a cash flow decision you control.

Everything is managed on a warehouse management system we built and maintain ourselves, not rented software configured around someone else’s process. You get remote visibility of your own stock: what arrived, what shipped, what is left and where it physically sits. Twenty-four hour surveillance, controlled access and cycle counting apply across all facilities. Because our customs brokerage sits in the same company, moving goods in or out of bonded status is an internal handover rather than a negotiation between two vendors.

How It Works

Tell us what you are storing, roughly how much of it, how long you expect to hold it and how often it moves. Those four answers determine almost everything: whether bonded or general storage is right, how the space should be racked, what the handling cost will be and whether a value-added step like kitting or repacking belongs in the warehouse rather than at your factory.

Once the arrangement is set up, goods are received against your advance shipping notice, checked for quantity and condition, put away to a recorded location and visible in the system the same day. You release stock by instruction and we pick, pack and dispatch it, with the customs entry handled by our own brokerage if the goods are leaving bonded status. Cycle counts run on a schedule you agree, so a discrepancy is found in a routine count rather than at year end.

Receiving & Inventory Control

Goods received against advance notice, checked for quantity and condition, put away to a recorded location and visible in the system the same day, with scheduled cycle counting rather than annual surprises.

Bonded Status Management

Duty deferral, transit consolidation, re-import of domestic goods and in-zone value-added processing, with entry and exit from bonded status handled by our own AEO-Advanced brokerage.

Remote Inventory Visibility

Your stock, your view — arrivals, dispatches, balances and physical locations available remotely at any time on our own WMS, with reporting shaped around how you actually plan.

Why Choose Our Warehousing

Storage is easy to quote and hard to judge from a rate sheet. What you are actually buying is whether the count is right twelve months from now, whether you can see your own stock without emailing someone, and whether a customs question about bonded goods gets answered in an hour or a week.

A bonded warehouse holds imported goods under customs control without duty and import VAT being paid. You pay only when the goods are released for domestic sale, and if they are re-exported you do not pay at all. It suits importers holding stock for gradual release, companies re-exporting to a third market, and anyone whose goods might not all end up being sold domestically. If everything you import is sold in China immediately, general warehousing is usually simpler and cheaper.

Typically three components: storage charged per pallet or per square metre per period, inbound and outbound handling charged per movement, and any value-added work charged per unit or per hour. Bonded storage carries an additional customs administration element. Tell us your volume, your expected dwell time and how often stock moves, and we will quote all three lines separately so you can see what is actually driving the cost.

Yes. Remote visibility is standard on our WMS — arrivals, dispatches, current balances and physical locations, available whenever you want them. Reporting is set up around how you plan rather than around a fixed template, and cycle count results are shared as they happen rather than at year end.

Both. Pick and pack, kitting and sub-assembly, repacking, labelling and barcoding, country-of-origin marking, and quality inspection on receipt. For automotive clients we run sequencing and line-feed programmes from our dedicated parts facility. If a step currently happens at your factory but would be cheaper at the point of storage, it is worth asking whether we can take it on.

Vendor managed inventory means we hold stock on behalf of your supplier or your customer and replenish against agreed triggers rather than individual purchase orders, with all parties seeing the same live data. It suits manufacturing supply where line stoppages are expensive and order lead times are unpredictable. Setting one up takes a few weeks of process design before the first pallet arrives, so it is worth starting the conversation early.

Twenty-four hour surveillance, controlled access and recorded movement of every pallet in and out. Facilities carry standard warehouse liability cover; for high-value goods we recommend you insure the stock separately, and we can advise on what the policy needs to specify. We will share the specific arrangements for the facility your cargo would be stored in before you commit.
