CAA-certified Grade-1 air cargo sales agent
Our own customs-supervised air cargo warehouses in four cities
Charter and AOG capability, handled 24/7 including holidays
When the schedule has already slipped, air freight is not really about speed — it is about how few hands the shipment passes through. E-AndEx holds Grade-1 air cargo sales agency certification from China’s civil aviation authority and contracted agency arrangements with the Shandong operations of Air China and China Eastern, which means we book space directly rather than through a chain of resellers. For consignments that cannot wait for a scheduled service, we arrange full and part charters.
We also run our own customs-supervised air cargo warehouses in Beijing, Jinan, Qingdao and Shanghai. Cargo is received, weighed, screened, built onto ULDs and declared inside facilities we control, so a security screening query or a documentation problem is found and fixed on our floor rather than discovered at the airline’s cut-off. Combined with two AEO-Advanced customs brokerages inside the group, that keeps the whole origin leg — warehouse, screening, declaration and uplift — in one set of hands.
Send us the gross weight, the dimensions of each piece, the commodity and the airport pair. Air freight is priced on chargeable weight, so the dimensions matter as much as the scale reading — a light, bulky shipment can cost several times what its actual weight suggests. We come back with the chargeable weight calculated, the routing options and an all-in rate, usually within a few hours.
Once booked, your cargo is received at one of our air cargo warehouses, weighed and measured against the booking, security screened, built onto ULDs and declared for export. A named coordinator confirms uplift on the intended flight and pushes the air waybill and flight status as they happen. If the shipment is offloaded — which does happen in peak season — we rebook it before you have to ask.
Air waybill, commercial invoice, packing list and export declaration prepared by our own licensed declarants, with dangerous goods declarations, MSDS review and lithium battery documentation handled in-house before the cargo reaches the airport.
Direct agency arrangements with major carriers out of Qingdao, Beijing, Shanghai and Jinan, plus charter sourcing when scheduled capacity is full or the unit is too large for a passenger-belly service.
Flight status, uplift confirmation and arrival milestones tracked against the air waybill in our own system, with electronic proof of delivery at each node and one consolidated document set on completion.
Air freight is usually bought under pressure — a production line is waiting, a launch date has already been announced, or an ocean shipment has been rolled twice. What matters at that point is not the headline rate but whether the cargo actually gets on the flight you were promised.

By chargeable weight, which is whichever is greater: the actual gross weight, or the volumetric weight calculated as length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6,000. A light but bulky shipment is charged on its volume, which is why we always ask for dimensions alongside the weight before quoting.
Two to five days airport to airport on most lanes, plus one to two days for pickup, screening and export clearance at origin, and one to three days for customs and delivery at destination. Direct services to major European and North American hubs are at the fast end; transhipment routings and secondary airports at the slower end. For genuinely critical cargo, charter removes the scheduled-capacity risk entirely.
Yes, subject to IATA classification. Batteries shipped inside equipment are generally straightforward; standalone cells and packs require UN 38.3 test summaries, correct packing instructions, state-of-charge limits and often a carrier-specific approval. Send us the UN number, the test report and the packing configuration and we will confirm what is acceptable before you commit to the booking.
Express carriers run a single integrated network door to door and price per kilo with all charges bundled. Air freight uses scheduled cargo capacity and is quoted airport to airport, with pickup, clearance and delivery arranged separately. Below roughly 100 kg express is usually simpler and often cheaper; above that, air freight is normally significantly less expensive, and it is the only option for oversized or heavily regulated cargo.
Yes. Our air desk operates 24 hours including weekends and public holidays. For AOG we book the first available uplift, arrange priority screening and clearance, and can charter where no scheduled capacity exists. Call the number on this page rather than using the form if the aircraft is already grounded.
Air freight, fuel and security surcharges, origin terminal handling, security screening, export declaration and documentation, itemised line by line. Destination clearance, duties and delivery are quoted separately unless you ask for a door-to-door price.
Tell us the weight, the dimensions and the deadline — we will tell you whether air is the right answer.
